The Resurrection - Why Does it Matter?
N.T. Wright @ His Best!

The Veritas Forums are university events that engage students and faculty in discussions about life's hardest questions and the relevance of Jesus Christ to all of life. The forums are created by local university students, professors, and ministers while shaped and guided by the headquarter Veritas team. The Ministry of The Veritas Forum has served as a tremendous aid to my understanding of Christianity's relevance and rational as well as helping me understand the arguments & ideals contrary to the Christian worldview.

Check them out -

One of their recent forum took place at Emory University in Atlanta. The guest speaker was Bishop N.T. Wright and he addressed the whole issue of the significance of the Resurrection. (The theme of his new kick-butt book - Surprised by Hope. This is the best book I have ever read on the issue...it has completely rocked my world!) My good buddy, Tony Stiff, went and listened to the forum. You can read about his experience of the event on his blog - Sets 'n Service.

Do yourself a favor and listen to Wright's lecture that evening followed by the Q&A by clicking on the links below- you will be encouraged & challenged!
